Can be confusing because it has so much information. Has

punitive system in general. However, much of the information is not up-to-date.

occasional news headlines, but the deplorable daily living conditions that
are the plight of the great majority of the world's prisoners pass largely
unnoticed.

listing of prisoner rights, recent news releases and what specific groups are doing to
help. Also has a collection of HRW reports. A great website for information.
