Provides legal services,
education and advocacy to the New York Arts community, concerning vital
issues of importance – freedom of expression and the First Amendment.
Our
right to express ourselves is not only constitutional but also a right that
we are born with. Occasionally, we have to fight and protest in order to keep
such rights. It is very comforting to know that there’s a group willing
to legally prove your right to freedom of expression through art. The
National Endowment for Arts and the New York State
Council on the Arts also support this organization. –LLL
