Justice is not always an open and shut case - sometimes we have to work for it If you want peace, you must work for justice. It is essential that justice be done, and it is equally
vital that justice not be confused with revenge, for the two are wholly different. True peace is not merely the absence of tension, it is
the presence of Justice. There may be times when we are powerless to prevent
injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest. What does the Lord require of you? To act justly and
love mercy and walk humbly with your God. Only the actions of the just smell sweet and blossom in
the dust.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for
righteousness, for they will be filled. The first duty of society is justice.
Mankind censure injustice fearing that they may be the victims of it, and
not because they shrink from committing it.
