Ways that you can cope with OCD

Living with OCD
Website:
www.livingwithocd.co.uk/
"This site was created to see OCD from the view of someone suffering from OCD (yes you guessed it) that sufferer is me. I have no qualifications in psychology and I'm no doctor but I do have 20 years of OCD that I could put on my C. V. What I hope to achieve is to help sufferers understand that they are not alone, help is available and that they are not going mad."
This site is very simple but can be helpful to many. It has little direct information but many successful stories about people overcoming OCD, including the creator of the site. This site shows people that it is possible and to never give up. -OCC
This site is good because it answers some frequently asked questions-TOD
