There's
more to life than work |

Working too many hours is not
healthy - It also takes away valuable time from your family and friends. In
the long run it may hurt your productivity, too.

workaholic."
This is a very informative article. Although it
is not a support group directly, it has information on different types of workaholism,
where it can stem from, the addiction and more. It is interesting and knowledgeable. -OCC

"Anyone suffering from excessive work habits and preoccupations (commonly referred
to as a workaholic). Our guide is also useful for those who wish to help a relative or
friend control their addiction."
This site is very simple. Although it does not have
direct information about the problem of a workaholic, it is a site to help people who
already know that they have a problem. It costs $19 and can be done anywhere at anytime
through the internet without anyone knowing. -OCC
This website offers an alternative to a 12 step
program. It teaches you what triggers your compulsive workaholic behavior
and how to live a better life.

fear, lack of self-confidence, old beliefs, and compulsive habits?"
This site has a lot of
information. Although it is not focused only on workaholism, it is there. There is a quiz
to help you understand whether you might have a problem or not. There are programs and
seminars and more to help people work through their problem and find information. -OCC
The quiz provided by this site is very
helpful to determine whether you are a workaholic or not. If you are in the
California area, you can meet with Neil personally. If not, there are books
and tapes available for home use.-TOD
